Our goal is to empower our clients to reach a positive resolution on their own behalf, without resorting to a judge who will impose something upon them that may be unsatisfying. With our experience in negotiation, collaborative law, and mediation we can offer clients a variety of tools as they seek solutions that work for them.
When you hire Valerie Moore LLC as your attorney, our job is to explain the process and ensure that you reach an agreement that you understand and believe is best for you and your family. We know that sometimes, there is no other alternative than to go to Court to resolve your dispute. We are prepared and ready to guide you through the entire legal process.
We are skilled mediators that can assist your family in reaching a resolution from start to finish. We can assist in mediating the entire divorce process or just one piece – whatever works best for your family. When we work in the role of mediator, we are hired as a neutral third party to help both parties — we do not represent one person or the other.
